A journey through the history of the remote locations of the Banale and Giudicarie valleys. A beautiful hike from Lake Molveno to Lake Nembia passing the Sanctuary of Deggia located in the semi deserted village of Deggia of Moline, once a flourishing center for the production of iron ( the Moline hoes ) and cereals, thanks to the presence of mills powered by the seasonal underground sources of the Paroi and Carpen streams that flow into one another to give life to the Bondai river. Out of Deggia, the hike continues on an easy road to Promeghin, (a location in the village of San Lorenzo in Banale, that boasts a well equipped sports center with a beautiful indoor pool). This is a 15 km long hike through lush vegetation with numerous different species of typical plants such as lemon thymne, oregano and many more.
